Why should I book my holiday accommodation with Homes of Croatia?

Homes of Croatia offers exclusive luxury villas at direct-booking prices that are lower than platforms like Airbnb or Booking.com, giving you better value without hidden fees. You'll enjoy personalized service from our local property managers who handle everything on-site—from check-in to cleaning—ensuring a seamless, stress-free stay. With flexible payment options, transparent policies, and handpicked properties featuring premium amenities like a private pool and stylish interior designs, we focus on authentic Istrian experiences tailored for families,couples and groups.

How does the booking and payment process work?

Booking directly with us offers lower prices compared to Airbnb and Booking.com. Simply use the "Check Availability" form to enter your dates and number of guests, and you'll see the total price. Choose between non-refundable (cheaper) or refundable options, then proceed to checkout to enter your credit card details. Once submitted, you'll receive a booking confirmation. Payment is split into two parts: 50% upfront and the balance 30 days before arrival.

What is the cancellation policy?

We offer two booking options:

  • Non-refundable rate (lower price): No refund if you cancel your booking.
  • Refundable rate (slightly higher price): 100% refund if you cancel up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

How can I cancel my booking?

If you want to cancel your reservation, please send an email to info@homesofcroatia.com. Always include your reservation number so we can help you in the best way possible.

Is there a personal welcome or self check-in?

We always aim to welcome you personally at the villa with one of our local hosts. The host will contact you in advance to arrange a convenient time for the key-handover and a tour of the property. For very early morning or late evening arrivals, we can provide self-check-in via a key safe, and the host will visit later to ensure you receive a full introduction. Personal service and a warm welcome are at the heart of our Homes of Croatia experience.
