WIN A 5-NIGHT STAY IN VILLA FUSKULINA — ISTRIA, CROATIA

1. Organiser

This giveaway ("Promotion") is organised by Homes of Wonder B.V., trading as Homes of Croatia, registered in the Netherlands (KVK: 66210658), with registered address at Laan van Chartroise 107 ("Organiser").

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals aged 23 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, directors, and immediate family members of the Organiser and its partners are excluded from participation. Participation is open worldwide.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on 8 September 2026 at 18:00 CET and ends on 14 September 2026 at 23:59 CET ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, participants must during the Promotion Period: (1) Follow @homes_of_croatia on Instagram; (2) Like the official giveaway post on the @homes_of_croatia Instagram page; (3) Comment on the giveaway post by tagging at least one other Instagram user.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Participation is free of charge. Sharing the giveaway post to Instagram Stories grants one (1) additional entry but is not required.

5. Prize

The prize consists of a 5-night stay at Villa Fuskulina, Istria, Croatia (October 19–24, 2026). The stay includes accommodation for up to 8 guests including bed linen, towels, pool towels, tourist taxes and final cleaning.

The prize does NOT include: travel to and from Croatia; travel insurance; meals, activities, or other personal expenses.

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the close of the Promotion Period. The selection will take place on or around 15 September 2026.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 48 hours of selection. The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize. If the winner fails to respond within this period, or if the winner is found to be ineligible, a new winner will be selected at random.

8. General Conditions

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond the Organiser's control compromise the integrity of the Promotion. The Organiser is not responsible for incomplete, lost, or delayed entries due to technical issues. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Organiser, which are final. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from the Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Utrecht, the Netherlands.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Participants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Organiser and not to Instagram or Meta.
