This modern villa, set in a tranquil area, is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The luxurious beds and furniture in the bedrooms were custom-made by a cabinetmaker. The wooden beds are therefore very sturdy and comfortable, giving the rooms a warm and stylish atmosphere. Each spacious bedroom has its own king size bed, desk, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom, offering plenty of privacy for every guest.

The bright open-plan living and dining area features a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy lounge where you can unwind after a day out. On the ground floor, there is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine and a convenient guest toilet. Large glass doors lead out to the generous terrace and garden with a private pool, barbecue, comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas for lazy days in the sun. The outdoor grill is perfect for long summer evenings, and in true Istrian style, there is even an olive tree in the garden. For your convenience, there is a private parking area on the premises right next to the villa with space for three to four cars.
