We had the honor of staying here as the second guests. It is a beautiful house; everything is perfect down to the last detail. A beautiful large swimming pool with a lovely view. They really thought of everything when furnishing the house. Poreč, Novigrad, Rovinj, Vrsar, and Pula are also certainly within driving distance. In short, a top-notch house!

Villa Noah is located in the serene village of Vranje Selo, nestled in Istria's green inland hills. A small local grocery store is just a short drive away in a nearby village, while larger supermarkets around Poreč are about 15–20 minutes by car. Coastal gems like Poreč and Novigrad, with beaches, marinas, and seaside dining, are roughly 20–25 minutes away. Pula Airport is approximately 60 km distant, taking around 1 hour to drive. Free private parking is available at the villa, with easy motorway access for day trips to Rovinj, Motovun, or Pula.

Booking directly with us offers lower prices compared to Airbnb and Booking.com. Simply use the "Check Availability" form to enter your dates and number of guests, and you'll see the total price. Choose between non-refundable (cheaper) or refundable options, then proceed to checkout to enter your credit card details. Once submitted, you'll receive a booking confirmation. Payment is split into two parts: 50% upfront and the balance 30 days before arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, depending on availability and the cleaning schedule. Please contact us in advance so we can confirm this for you.
If your check-in or check-out is late in the evening of early in the morning, there is a key box next to the front door where you can take or leave the key. Your host will contact you before arrival to discuss when he/she will meet you at the home to welcome you.
The pool is available for use during the main season, between May and September, since there is no pool heating. In the cooler season the pool is covered an can not be used.
Bed linen, bathroom towels, WiFi, all utilities in the villa, and final cleaning are included in the price.
We offer two booking options:
- Non-refundable rate (lower price): No refund if you cancel your booking.
- Refundable rate (slightly higher price): 100% refund if you cancel up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
