Fantastic place, beautiful view. Light and spacious home. Heated swimming pool. Everything available: sufficient cutlery, pots, pans, kitchen appliances, … well located for trips in Istria. We definitely recommend it.
A fantastic house with a great garden, pool with sea view. Very quiet location! We were eight with four adults and four children on site and found the layout and amenities of the villa absolutely suitable. The communication was always friendly and helpful and messages were answered very quickly. We definitely recommend the host and villa!

Villa Zeleni Mir is nestled in the peaceful village of Radetići, offering a perfect inland base in northern Istria. A small local grocery store is just a short drive away in a nearby village, while larger supermarkets are reachable towards Poreč in about 20 minutes. Picturesque coastal towns like Poreč (25 minutes by car) and Rovinj (30 minutes) offer beaches, marinas, and restaurants. Pula Airport is approximately 60 km away, taking around 50–60 minutes to drive. Free private parking is available at the villa, with easy motorway access for further exploration.

Yes, a security deposit of €300 is required for your stay. The deposit is paid in cash upon arrival directly to the host who will welcome you at the property. If no damages occur during your stay, the deposit will be fully refunded in cash at check-out.
Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, depending on availability and the cleaning schedule. Please contact us in advance so we can confirm this for you.
If your check-in or check-out is late in the evening of early in the morning, there is a key box next to the front door where you can take or leave the key. Your host will contact you before arrival to discuss when he/she will meet you at the home to welcome you.
The pool is available for use during the main season. Pool heating is optional (from april - october) and costs € 40 per day. Please contact us before your arrival to discuss if you wish to have pool heating.
Yes, there is an EV charger at the villa. You are welcome to use it during your stay. The host will record your electricity usage, and the charging costs will be settled in cash at check-out.
Bed linen, bathroom towels, WiFi, all utilities in the villa, and final cleaning are included in the price.
Villa Zeleni Mir is located in the quiet village of Radetići, around a 25–30 minute drive from the nearest beaches and coastal towns such as Poreč. This makes it easy to enjoy a day at the sea while still staying in a peaceful countryside setting.
Booking directly with us offers lower prices compared to Airbnb and Booking.com. Simply use the "Check Availability" form to enter your dates and number of guests, and you'll see the total price. Choose between non-refundable (cheaper) or refundable options, then proceed to checkout to enter your credit card details. Once submitted, you'll receive a booking confirmation. Payment is split into two parts: 50% upfront and the balance 30 days before arrival.

- Non-refundable rate (lower price): No refund if you cancel your booking.
- Refundable rate (slightly higher price): 100% refund if you cancel up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
